People are surrounded by hatred all the time. And I demand respect for humanity through a kiss. 

Drink coffee help us stay awake and calm down. But we still face a insanity in groups, parties, nations daily. This 'human' coffee cup lid contains message of reconciliation and humanism. I want to express the mind of respecting humans through the kiss in ‘human lid’. This lid is inspired by UNHATE campaign(2011). Politician’s mouth ought not encourage people to hate someone. Therefore they reconciled by kiss in the campaign.

‘hot from heart’ instead of ‘caution hot’

take-out coffee lids ‘human lid’ faceted surfaces give the piece a distinct visual presence similar in philosophy to lovegrove’s ty nant bottle, the design hopes to evoke connection with the user.
